The world of beer is as fascinating as the world of wine and Ottawa is home to many exciting up and coming micro-breweries. The Guild would like to introduce you to Dominion City Brewing Co. with a tour of their newly expanded brewing facilities. The event will be hosted by Scott Denyer, an Algonquin College graduate and Assistant Brewer for Dominion. Learn about hops, fermentation and brewing process. The tour will end in the tasting bar with a sample of all the beers offered by Dominion and a pint of your choosing paired with a selection of cheeses.
There are only 25 spots available for this event so make sure to reserve only!
